Licensed realtor and graduate from the University of Southern California with a degree in Policy, Planning, and Development with emphasis on Real Estate Development. Proficient in computer software, web building, and marketing, Levon carries enthusiasm and charisma in all his hard work.

Andy ambarian:

Decades of experience in construction and engineering with multiple projects, full time handyman of staff, managing all necessary duties pertaining to on-site construction and maintenance of properties, including basic plumbing, electrical, drywall and finishing.

Bobby Delgadillo:

Advertising, transaction and marketing coordinator with over 6 years experience, duties include overseeing all real estate transaction files, organizing advertising for agents within several publications and managing the marketing aspect.
